First appointment: At your initial visit, which will take an hour, a full medical history is taken and your problem will be assessed and diagnosed. A plan of action will be discussed and treatment begins there and then. Cost £40. Do remember to wear comfortable clothing which allows for easy movement.

Subsequent appointments: These last for up to three-quarters of an hour and are charged at £35. The frequency of treatments will depend on the individual case and the progress made.

You do not routinely need a doctor's referral, but if you plan to use private medical insurance please check with your provider and bring any relevant information with you.

Active Physiotherapy is registered with all the major health insurance companies including Bupa, Axa PPP, and Norwich Union.
