With waiting lists on the NHS steadily climbing, it makes sense to consider private health insurance, but whether you are self-funded or covered by health care we will make an appointment for you on the same day if possible or certainly within 48 hours.

Our charges are competitive and affordable and there will be no unnecessary treatments.

We are registered with all the major health care insurance companies and your policy may cover acupuncture and podiatry as well as physiotherapy. Patients should contact their insurance company to find out how to claim on their individual scheme – remember, you can express an interest to be treated by Active Physiotherapy.

If you have agreed to an excess, we would ask you to pay that amount direct to us in the early stages. We will then claim the remainder of your treatment charges from the health care provider. Please ensure that you bring along your insurance reference number, sometimes known as the pre-authorisation number.
